Individual Therapy

(ages 12 and older)
You're tired of feeling stuck, anxious, stressed, angry, and/or confused. Enough is enough. You're ready for something to change.

From the outside, everything might look fine. You go to work or school, you show up for people and your family, you keep it together. But inside, it's a different story: the racing thoughts, the tension in your body, the emotional exhaustion you can't seem to shake.

Maybe you've been pushing through on your own for years. Maybe you've tried therapy before, and it didn't feel like the right fit. Maybe you're not even sure your struggles are "bad enough" to deserve professional support. They are. And you do.

It’s okay to NOT feel okay. We get it.

What clients often tell us:
  • "I hold it together for everyone else, but inside I'm falling apart."

  • "I've been stuck in the same cycles of thinking, and I can't break out."

  • "I want to deal with this, but I don't even know where to start."

  • "I'm not sure I need therapy. Maybe I “should” just be able to handle this."

What individual therapy looks like here:

We'll work together to understand what's really driving your emotions and actions to build real, lasting skills to help you move forward.

Our individual therapy focuses on:

  • Understanding the root causes of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors

  • Developing healthier coping mechanisms and emotional regulation skills

  • Changing negative self-perceptions and reclaiming confidence

  • Breaking generational patterns that no longer serve you

  • Reclaiming a sense of agency, self-acceptance, and personal growth

We draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, whether that's skills-focused work like CBT/DBT/ACT, trauma-informed modalities, or a combination of approaches.
