We'll talk about you, what's going on in your life, how we work, and whether we're a good fit for each other. No pressure, no commitment.

Then we schedule your intake session.

After your intake session, we can schedule psychotherapy sessions that fit into your schedule. As a client, you will have the ability to manage your appointments within your Client Portal.

You start to feel the shift. 

Therapy is a process, not a quick fix, and real change begins the moment you decide to invest in yourself.

We currently offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for clients statewide. Our office is located in DTC/Inverness near I-25 and E-470.
